Copyright and user content policy

This page explains what you may upload, who owns what, and how rights holders can have infringing material removed.

Our own content

Practice tests, explanations, study notes and the software behind this site are owned by VarX MockTests unless stated otherwise. You may use them for your personal exam preparation. You may not scrape, bulk-copy, resell or republish them, or present them as your own material.

Content you upload

You keep ownership of anything you upload. By uploading you grant us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your file, process it into a practice test, and display it back to you and to anyone you deliberately share it with. We do not sell user uploads, do not publish them in the public test library, and do not make them searchable.

What you must not upload

  • Copyrighted books, publisher question banks or paid coaching material you do not own.
  • Confidential, leaked or embargoed examination papers.
  • Documents containing other people's personal data — names, roll numbers, ID scans.
  • Material that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual, or dangerous.
  • Malware, or files designed to disrupt the platform.

By uploading you confirm you own the material or otherwise have permission to use it in this way, and that doing so does not infringe anyone else's rights. You are responsible for what you upload.

Enforcement

We may remove content that breaks this policy and, for repeated or serious breaches, suspend or close the account behind it. Where content has been shared through a link, removal also disables that link. We will normally tell the uploader what was removed and why, unless we are legally prevented from doing so.

If you are a rights holder

If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice through our takedown process or email support@app7.tech. We act on valid notices promptly.

Trademarks and exam names

Exam, board and organisation names appearing on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the syllabus a practice test is based on. Their use does not imply any affiliation or endorsement. See the about page for our full independence statement.
