Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and VarX MockTests (“we”, “us”), operator of app7.tech and its subdomains (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

Non-affiliation disclaimer

app7.tech (VarX MockTests) is an independent educational practice platform. We are not affiliated with, associated with, authorised by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to any government department, public sector undertaking, recruitment board, university, temple trust or examination authority — including but not limited to AP TRANSCO, APSPDCL / APSDCL, APGENCO, TTD (Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams), RRB (Railway Recruitment Board), NTA, SSC, UPSC or any State Public Service Commission.

All exam names, organisation names, logos and trademarks referenced on this Service are the property of their respective owners and are used purely descriptively, to indicate the syllabus or pattern on which a practice test is modelled. We do not sell application forms, admit cards, jobs, results or recruitment services, and we make no claim to provide official information from any such body. Always verify notifications, syllabi and results on the official website of the concerned authority.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at support@app7.tech if you suspect unauthorised access.

2. The Service

We provide online mock tests, practice questions, explanations, study notes, result analysis and optional leaderboards. Access to core practice content is currently free and supported by advertising. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • copy, scrape, resell, republish or redistribute our questions, explanations or study material without written permission;
  • use bots, scripts or automated tools to access, extract or manipulate content, scores or leaderboards;
  • upload material that is unlawful, infringing, obscene, hateful, misleading or that contains malware;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, server or database, or interfere with the Service’s operation or security;
  • impersonate another person, or manipulate rankings through multiple accounts;
  • click your own or others’ advertisements artificially, or encourage others to do so.

4. User content

You retain ownership of the question papers, PDFs, images and text you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, reproduce and display that content solely to operate the Service for you and for the users you deliberately share it with. You confirm that you hold the rights necessary to upload the material and that doing so does not infringe anyone’s copyright. We may remove content that violates these Terms or a valid takedown request.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, software, branding and our original questions and explanations are owned by VarX MockTests and protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own exam preparation only.

6. Accuracy of content

We take reasonable care to ensure questions, answer keys and explanations are correct, but content is provided for practice purposes only and may contain errors. Scores, ranks, percentages and predictions are indicative and do not guarantee any outcome in a real examination or recruitment process. Report suspected mistakes to support@app7.tech.

7. Advertising

The Service displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and other partners. We do not control and are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or the sites they link to. Advertising cookies are described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party links

Links to external websites are provided for convenience. We do not endorse and are not liable for their content, policies or practices.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VarX MockTests and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of marks, rank, opportunity, data or profits arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your content, your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for a breach of these Terms or for conduct that harms other users or the Service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@app7.tech.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms; the “Last updated” date will change and continued use of the Service after the revision means you accept it.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Andhra Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
