Copyright takedown procedure
We remove infringing material. If you own rights in content that appears on this site without your permission, use the process below.
Where to send a notice
Email support@app7.tech with the subject line Copyright notice. This is the fastest route and reaches the people who can remove content.
What your notice must include
- Your name, postal address, email address and, if you are acting for someone else, who.
- Identification of the work you own — a title, an ISBN, a link to the original, or a copy.
- The exact address (URL) of each page on this site carrying the material, and enough detail to locate it on that page, such as the test name and question numbers.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Incomplete notices slow things down; a notice missing the specific URLs cannot be acted on because we cannot identify the content.
What we do
- We acknowledge valid notices, normally within a few working days.
- We remove or disable access to the identified material, including any share link pointing at it.
- We notify the user who uploaded it and pass on your notice.
- Accounts that repeatedly infringe are suspended or closed.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake — for example the material is yours, is licensed to you, or is not protected — reply to the notification or email us with your contact details, the material removed and where it appeared, and a statement explaining why you believe the removal was in error. We will review it and restore the content if the objection is well founded.
Misuse
Knowingly filing a false notice, or a false counter-notice, may make you liable for damages. Please only report material you genuinely hold rights in.
